During VERY fast moving events, any delay in reading our alerts could pose a risk to you and your family. Only 20% of people read e-mails in the first two hours but 70% read Txts within the first 10 minutes.
Fast moving events, are generally:You'll get and read Txts within minutes, but e-mails not so soon. That delay could compromise your safety. We don't mind what you choose, we just want you to realise the difference. To receive Txts as well as e-mail alerts, sign up to the premium service.

Some road alerts we see from official sources are sometimes unclear.
We try to decipher what's happening with each one, and as a result, alerts can be delayed sometimes.
